Oraxen

Oraxen helps server owners add their own items, blocks, and furniture to Minecraft. It creates a resource pack with the textures, models and shaders that players see in the game. Players just download the pack when they join the server. They can use their normal Minecraft client without installing a mod.

All of these shown features are done without a client mod.
